About the Company

We are working with an early-stage, high-growth business looking to hire an Operations & Admin Associate to support the founders and wider team.
This is a key role in a small and growing company, where you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational running of the business. You will act as the central point of coordination across admin, operations, hiring and light finance, allowing the founders to focus on growth and product.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with founders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building structure and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Role Details
This is a broad and hands-on position with exposure across multiple areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Founder & Executive Support
- Managing calendars, meetings and travel
- Preparing agendas, materials and follow-ups
- Supporting day-to-day coordination across the business
Operations & Commercial Support
- Managing contracts, renewals and key dates
- Supporting client onboarding and general logistics
- Formatting and preparing client-facing documents
Hiring & People Coordination
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback
- Supporting onboarding for new hires
- Managing basic HR admin and records
Finance & Admin Support
- Raising invoices and tracking payments
- Processing supplier invoices and expenses
- Liaising with external accountants and payroll providers
Systems & Process
- Maintaining CRM and internal systems
- Tracking subscriptions, suppliers and tools
- Improving processes to support business growth)
Skills Required
- Experience in operations, executive support, or a similar role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving environment
- Proactive and able to take ownership without heavy direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using standard business tools (e.g. CRM, spreadsheets, accounting systems)
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in a startup or high-growth business
- Exposure to client-facing B2B environments
- Experience supporting hiring processes
- Basic understanding of finance admin or working with external accountants
