Finance Business Analysts

We are seeking two high-calibre Finance Business Analysts to join Transformation function, supporting finance and systems transformation programme across a PE backed PaaS organisation.

These roles will play a critical part in shaping and delivering the future Finance Target Operating Model, supporting strategic system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and operational readiness activities across Finance and related business functions.

The successful candidates will combine strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with hands-on experience of finance processes, ERP implementations, and business intelligence tooling.

• Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and improve finance and operational processes
• Gather and document business requirements
• Support ERP and finance systems implementations
• Work with stakeholders across Finance, Technology and external partners
• Assist with testing, UAT and system rollouts
• Support reporting, MI and data analysis activities
• Help drive continuous improvement across finance operations
• Systems Exposure

Experience with some of the following would be beneficial:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Anaplan
• Power BI / Qlik / Tableau
• PowerApps / Power Automate
• SQL / enterprise databases

About You

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst within finance transformation or finance systems projects
• Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced transformation environments
